Adani Energy Solutions Ltd acquired two project special purpose vehicles from PFC Consulting Ltd for around Rs 38 crore. The acquisition includes Jamnagar Transmission Ltd and Navinal Transmission Ltd, which are aimed at developing power transmission infrastructure in Gujarat. This move supports energy distribution to industrial areas and enhances green hydrogen capabilities.
