PDVSA and Reliance resume oil swap under US license, document shows

Venezuela’s PDVSA and India’s Reliance Industries have restarted an oil swap deal after a pause due to U.S. sanctions. A U.S. license granted in July allowed the resumption. PDVSA recently shipped nearly 2 million barrels of crude to India, receiving 500,000 barrels of heavy naphtha in return.
