Nikhil Merchant’s Swan Energy has partnered with AG&P Terminals and Logistics to form joint ventures for a floating LNG receipt and regasification unit at Jafrabad in Gujarat. Swan Energy will hold a 51% stake in the LNG supply company, while AG&P will control 51% of the vessel company.
